slooow down man. first off, don't freak her out by walking up ';hey, i like you';. just walk up, say hey, hows it goin or whatsup or something. keep it light and casual, but keep talking to her often, but not every second of everyday. after a few days or whenever you feel confident, ask for her msn, facebook or her number and call or text or message her just to talk more. don't overload on compliments, but throw her a few every once in a while. after you've been talking for a few weeks, you've seen how she reacts to your compliments or if she looks at you often or she just seems interested, then maybe tell her you like her. you gotta take things a little slow, and try to get to know her, talk to her (doesnt have to be very personal, especially online) about almost anything. if she seems cool and you're sure you like her after a while, go for it and just tell her.

Just be Straight up and honest with her, girls like it. Don't be scared then they will think your a big chicken. Just talk to her

Be yourself. If you like her, get to know her and then tell her so. If you aren't straightforward about it and flirt with a bunch of other girls as well, she won't know whether you like her or not. Ok, I'm sure she is not going to be the only girl that you are interested in for the rest of your life. So just ask her for her number and see where it goes from there. Fourteen year old girls are still inclined to trust their girlfriends of their own instincts so it isn't worth being made a mockery of. Get her number and then just text her once a day and see what happens. Flirting is individual, and guys are less likely to openly flirt.
