If I were the new girl I would want someone to talk to not just someone to say hi and bye to. First just have casual conversations maybe walking her to the bus or maybe during lunch. Then later on ask if she wants to hang out outside of school, then ask her out you can't just ask her out if she really doesn't know you. hope this helps....How to flirt with girls?
