Lol, all the girls i know -including me- hate a flirt. Because they just end up as like players. I mean really? Just be yourself. You don't have to ask people you don't know, for tips about ';turning girls on'; even though flirting just makes you look stupid and situations more aquward. If your loud and outgoing, well be loud and outgoing! And if your quiet and shy be quiet and shy. Because girls like down to earth guys that arent always looking like a fool, trying to flirt :D
