1) Give her simple compliments... such as: your hair looks really pretty today or that shirt really makes the (color) in your eyes stand out- but don't stay on the topic for too long, just say it and then start talking about something else

2) Don't be next to her constantly...she will just get annoyed

3) Don't be perverted when you talk to her, talk about funny things that you would be able to bring up some other day to get the chance to talk to her again about it

4) Get a group of friends to go to something where you can mingle and talk to other people too. try to avoid going to the movies because she could get the wrong impression

5) Look into her eyes when you talk to her

6) Tease her, but only let it go on for a minute or two or she could get upset.

Simple. Be yourself. Don't use any stupid chat up lines, they never work. Ask her if she'd like to go for a coffee, or go to the cinema. Don't try to be something you are not. Expect to have to compliment her if she makes the effort to look nice. Make sure you look presentable. Hold doors open, use manners etc. Yes it may seem geeky but it will work! Good luck!

since your only 14 i would say don't go to crazy but im 13 and a girl. if i were you i'd find out more about this girl because she may or may not be one who loves attention. What up Ryan, im Izik, and when i flirt with like....twenty girls at my school. The first thing that I gotta say is don't go in acting like some stuck up jerk who thinks hes a pimp. Im the only person who can pull that off. lol. If you want a girl, just go up to her, walk with her, act like you two are friends.
