There's this really cute girl in one of my classes who I want to go out with a lot, but I just don't know how to flirt with her without it being awkward or something. Just be a good friend. Say Hi, and maybe sit next to her in class. She'll want to go out with you, as long as you're her type.
You as a guy have to understand, no matter how much you may like a girl. You might not be her type at all! You should observe the types of guys she talks to and see if that's they type of person you can be...

Just talk to her and be your self. Don't go up to her with a script in your head already to say to her. Just showing her some attention can show that you are interested in her.
show her your confident, and just be casual. compliment her, talk about things she likes. eye contact is big, but dont stare her down. be yourself though
make her feel like shes the only thing in the room, but not the only thing on your mind.

Get to know her. Sit by her in class. offer to walk her to her next class. don't be overdemanding. Kick her chair playfully but not annoyingly.. Let her copy your homework. Work on projects in her group. Smile at her a lot. Girls love smiles. And not a cheesy smile. Kinda like a quirky smile. Let her know that you are there for her.
don't rush it too much. give her time to respond to you.

I would love it if maybe boys would like secretly admire me and then whatch her closely and if she reacts badly then she is not into you but if she loves the notes or whatever you give her then ask her out.

What I like from a guy is when he comlpliments me, but I know he's being truthful about it. For example: ';Wow, you look really good today.'; A bad example would be, '; I'm getting lost in your eyes.'; =( Corny stuff really does have its limits. Also, try flirting by tickling her (depending on how well you know her) or making casual jokes or comments to her. We girls also tend to like a guy who will be gentleman enough to walk us to class or carry our books. I hope this has helped. =)

Simply just be cool...dont try to be alll mean and hide ur emotions. Maybe compliment the girl a few times now to much though dont wanna make her uncomfortable.
