First of all be yourself, nice, and don't lie (too much) because later if you DO end up getting together with someone you don't want to have to put on an act around them.
If you REALLY want a girl to know that you like her, tell one of your friends that you know is friends her her because it is HIGHLy likely that news will get around.
Then just be kind, (but don't suffocate her o.O) and make it clear that you like her. Don't flirt with her and then flirt with her best friend... that's really silly and confusing.How to flirt with girls our let em know your interested (please help)?
Be yourself, laugh at their jokes, smile, make eye contact, ask them to hang out sometime... ask for their number... etc
