ok, so im 16 %26amp; bi. i really want to be with a girl, but i don't know how to go about it. it sucks because its impossible to know if a girl is gay or straight. i really want to be with a girl though. i don't know how to flirt with girls though and if i do flirt with them..i don't know how to know if they are flirting back. so how do i flirt with girls? %26amp; how do i know if they're flirting back?

I agree that it's hard to know which girls aren't straight. Like some of the others said, don't mistake being friendly with being flirty. You flirt with a girl the same way you flirt with a guy, but if you're not sure about her sexuality, keep it subtle. Instead of going right out and asking her if she's gay or bi, maybe drop subtle hints that you are. I used to wear a rainbow necklace and bracelet so that others could pick up on the fact that I was gay. Of course too, there's always a direct approach where you just come out and say it. Flirt with girls the same way you flirt with guys. Does she know you're bi? Not all people your age are 100% sure or comfortable with their orientation yet, so just keep hanging out with her and you'll probably figure it out. If that doesn't work, just be forward with her and ask if she's into girls.
go to queer clubs... chat with other lesbians and bi girls on myspace and facebook... you will be able to find some in your town/city. You can usually tell when a girl is flirting with you.
